About Cary

Cary has been writing and giving speeches for 25 years. He has been a featured speaker at many venues throughout the state of Illinois and enjoys sharing his inspiring message.  Cary provides inspiration through worship leadership and organizes the local Bible School for area youth.  Cary's message focuses on strength in prayer, human spirit, and Jesus Christ.

Cary has a B.S. in Special Education from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Illinois at Springfield.

In January of 2016, Cary published 10 pieces of inspirational wall art, which were produced by the Dexsa Company and sold through Hallmark, Mardel, Lifeway, Christian Book Distributors, and Amazon.

To make the Links of Strength message accessible to children, Cary has applied these inspirational themes to a series of picture books. Each book focuses on a different link of strength in a child’s life. Taking the Plunge is the first book in the Links of Strength in Childhood series.

Award Program

Cary is applying the Links of Strength message at the Illinois public school where he teaches.  Each month, a person from the school, community, staff, or student is chosen as the Links of Strength Award winner.  The message has been so successful that local schools have adopted the program.

Please see our News & Press page for more information about this program. If you are interested in adopting the Links of Strength award program at your school, please visit our Contact page and send us an email!
